Welcome to FitPro. By accessing or using the FitPro app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
FitPro is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activity under their account.
FitPro provides fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.
FitPro uses artificial intelligence services from Anthropic PBC to generate workout plans, meal plans, macro estimates, and AI Coach responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation, medical condition, fitness level, or goals. FitPro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

Individual fitness and nutrition results vary. FitPro does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, or any specific outcome.
Users agree not to:
Users may upload profile photos voluntarily. By uploading content, users grant FitPro permission to display and store that content within the platform.
By using FitPro's messaging or any content-upload feature, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which includes a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Content that violates these terms may be removed without notice; offending users may be banned.
FitPro offers a paid subscription. The iOS app is free to download; using FitPro requires an account with an active subscription. Any free trial or introductory offer, when available, is presented at purchase; otherwise payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are sold as an auto-renewing in-app purchase (FitPro Monthly, $12.99 per month, 1-month term) and are billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase — or, when an introductory free trial is offered and granted, when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. They renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Apple processes these payments and handles refunds for them.
Subscriptions purchased on our website are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled, on the terms disclosed to you at the point of purchase, and can be cancelled from Settings → Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your access is tied to your FitPro account, so an active subscription works wherever you sign in. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
FitPro is a metered service. A standard subscription includes: up to 30 AI Coach messages per day and 600 per calendar month; up to 30 photo macro estimates per day; and one new workout plan, one grocery plan, and one weekly insight per day. Reaching a limit pauses that feature until it resets; all other features keep working. These limits exist to keep the service affordable and may change on notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
FitPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of FitPro, or the AI Coach feature shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Cincinnati, Ohio, or another mutually agreed location, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND FITPRO APP LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for claims related to intellectual property infringement.
Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@getfitpro.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your full name and email address.
FitPro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
