Response Time

We aim to respond within two business days. Every email is read and answered by a person, so if you have not heard back, please check your spam folder, then write again.

Before You Email

Including these details up front speeds up the answer:

• the email address on your FitPro account
• the device and OS you are using (iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18.1, etc.)
• what you were trying to do and what happened instead
• a screenshot if the problem is visual

Common Topics

• Billing and subscriptions: who can refund you depends on who charged you. If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple charged you and only Apple can refund it — request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you subscribed on our website, Stripe charged you: write us within 7 days of your first charge and a person will issue the refund by hand (the 7-day guarantee applies to your first charge, not to renewals — see the Refund Policy in the app). Cancelling works the same way — Apple subscriptions are cancelled in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, website subscriptions in the app under "Manage subscription".
• AI Coach or plan generation: if a workout or meal plan fails to generate, give it a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, email us with what you were creating.
• Workout sync issues: pull-to-refresh on the workouts tab. If that does not help, sign out and back in. Your data is safe.
• Delete my account: deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period and nothing can be recovered afterwards. If Apple bills your subscription, cancel it with Apple before you delete, because deleting your FitPro account does not stop Apple's charges. See /delete-account for the full process.
