Response Time
We reply to every email within 48 hours, usually much faster on weekdays. If you have not heard back in 48 hours, please check your spam folder, then write again.
Before You Email
Including these details up front speeds up the answer:
- the email address on your FitPro account
- the device and OS you are using (iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18.1, etc.)
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead
- a screenshot if the problem is visual
Common Topics
- Billing and subscriptions: we can refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Manage your plan inside the app or write us.
- Trainer code not working: codes are case-sensitive. If you are sure it is correct, email us and we will check the server.
- Workout sync issues: pull-to-refresh on the workouts tab. If that does not help, sign out and back in. Your data is safe.
- Delete my account: see /delete-account for the full deletion process.
